Für meine Karte habe ich die wunderschöne Produktreihe Flockengestöber verwendet. Diese Projektreihe könnt ihr ab dem 01. November bekommen. Mehr Infos hierzu folgen.

For my card I used the gorgeous Productsuite Snowflake Showcase. These Products are available from the 1st of November. More information on that will follow in the next few days.

Im Herbst gibt es wunderschöne sonnige Tage und auch mal einige frostige Tage. Daher der weiße Hintergrund. Der sollte etwas angefrostet wirken. Dafür habe ich die neue Glanzfarbe Frostweiß mit einem Schwämchen auf den Stempel aufgetragen und dann am oberen und unteren Rand der Karte gestempelt.

It’s autumn and we get beautiful sunny days and sometimes a few frosty ones. Hence the white background. I wanted it to look a bit frosty. Therefore I have used the new Shimmer Paints in Frost White. Dabbed on the stamp with a sponge and then stamped at the top and bottom of the card.

Das Motiv im Hintergrund des Auflegers ist Ton in Ton in Savanne gestempelt. Darauf habe ich anschließend Blüten und Blätter in warmen Herbstfarben platziert. Einige der Teile habe ich nach dem Stanzen mit den Glanzfarben in Schimmerkupfer und Frostweiß betupft.

The motive on the Crumb Cake layer in the background is stamped tone on tone with Crumb Cake. Then I layered flowers and leaves in warm autumn colours on top of it. Some of the flowers and leaves are dabbed with Shimmer Paint in Bright Copper and Frost White after cutting them out.

Der Gruß ist ebenfalls mit Schimmerkupfer gestempelt. Man braucht wirklich sehr wenig von der Farbe. Daher lieber mit einem Schwämchen oder ganz leicht mit dem Finger auftragen. Ich habe es auch mit einem feinen Pinsel versucht. Einige Motive waren OK aber bei feineren und filigranen Motiven kommt einfach zu viel Farbe auf den Stempel.

The greeting is also stamped with Bright Copper. You really need just a tiny bit of the colour. It’s best to apply with a sponge or very lightly with your finger. I also tried it with a fine brush. Some motifs were OK but with finer and filigree motifs you just end up putting too much paint on the stamp and it can then squish out.
