Hello and welcome to a new colour challenge from Inspire.Create. The colours are Blushing Bride, Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive.
Heute habe ich mal kein Weichnachtsprojekt für euch. Letze Woche habe ich meine Vororder zum neuen Minikatalog Januar-Juni 2020 bekommen. Tja, und ich habe gleich fröhlich losgestempelt/gebastelt mit all den schönen neuen Sachen ?. Mein absoluter Favorit aus dem neuen Katalog ist die Reihe Tropenreise und die Farben der Challenge haben auch super dazu gepasst.
No Christmas project today. Last week I got my preorder and I just couldn’t keep my hands off of all those beautiful new products ?. My absolute favourite from the new catalogue is the Tropical Oasis Suite. Paired with this weeks colour challenge and I’ve got a fun and colourful card for you.
Der Hintere Chilirote Farbkarton ist mit der neuen Prägeform Strandmatte geprägt. Darüber kam eine Lage Desigerpapier Tropenreise und dann die Blüten.
See that Cherry Cobbler basket weave in the background? It’s made with the new Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder. On top I layered a piece of the new Tropical Oasis DSP and finally the beautiful flowers and leaves.
Zum Stempelset gibt es passende Stanzformen und die Blätter werden teilweise auch geprägt. So schön. Die Blüten und gestempelten Blätter habe ich nach dem stempeln noch mit etwas Tinte und den Wassertankpinseln eingefärbt. Bei der kleinen Blüte habe ich in die Mitte noch ein paar Sprenkel mit dem Aquarellstift in Chili gesetzt und diese auch wieder mit dem Wassertankpinsel leicht verwischt.
This set has matching dies and some of the leaves get also embossed. Look at how beautiful they are. After stamping the flowers and leaves I uses the Aqua Painters and a bit of ink to colour them. I also added a bit of Cherry Cobbler with a water colour pencil to the centre of the small flower while it was still wet and blended it in. I used the water colour pencil on the wet paper to add a bit more texture.
Eines der Mädels aus dem Team hatte gefragt ob sie Kirschblüte mit Blütenrosa ersetzen könnte. Klar, kein Problem. Ich habe dann auch mal eine Version in Blütenrosa gemacht. Auf dem oberen und unteren Foto könnt ihr beide Versionen vergleichen. Welche Blüte gefällt euch besser?
One of the ladies from the team had asked if she could replace Blushing Bride with Petal Pink. So I also made a second Version of the card using Petal Pink. You can compare both versions in the two photos. Which flower do you like?
